THE OPERATOR SCORE
The arithmetic of working the playbook.
A single number between 0 and 100, computed from your activity inside the franchise. Not a quiz score. Not a vanity metric. A receipt — proof you are actually running the book instead of reading it.
The formula.
diagnostic_score × 3 + audit_total × 1 + chapters_read × 2
plans_generated × 2 + field_reports × 5 + unlocked_print × 5
actions_done × 1 + referrals_converted × 5
// capped at 100
The eight components.
Your score on the 90-second Diagnostic (1-3). Takes 90 seconds to add up to 9 points. Floor of the score — everyone starts here.
TAKE / RE-TAKE THE DIAGNOSTIC →Sum of your Standards + Support from the 12-question Audit (0-20). Worth more in the long run than the Diagnostic because it measures the equation behind every chapter of the book.
TAKE THE AUDIT →Count of chapters you've read at least 88% of (we mark you read on scroll-depth, never lose a chapter). 11 chapters × 2 = 22 points if you read the whole book.
READ A CHAPTER →Number of 90-day Plans you have generated. Re-generating after a class change counts — you should re-plan when your situation shifts.
GENERATE A PLAN →The heaviest weight in the formula. Every Field Report you submit moves you closer to becoming a named case study in Vol. II. Putting your work on the public record is the highest signal of an Operator.
SUBMIT A FIELD REPORT →Worth 5 points the moment you claim your inside-cover code. Signals you own the physical artifact, not just the digital edition.
ENTER YOUR CODE →Count of recommended actions you've marked complete on /account (e.g. "Install the stack", "Build one automation", "Identify 10 peer candidates"). The day-to-day operator points.
MARK ACTIONS DONE →Number of people you've invited who have taken the Diagnostic. The compounding component — referrals create the next generation of Operators, which is how the franchise scales.
