TIER 04 · THE OPERATOR AUDIT
Bespoke 4-week engagement.
Roger personally audits your career — or your company — against the equation. Output is a 90-day rebuild plan you actually run. By invitation. Limited to 2 audits per quarter.
PERSONAL AUDIT
The Operator's Career Audit
$5,000
For the senior knowledge worker considering a Class 2 → 3 or Class 3 → 4 transition.
- 4 weeks · 4 working sessions · 90-min each
- Full audit of current role + stack + support architecture
- 3-Scenario Budget review
- Custom 90-day plan, written
- 30-day post-engagement check-in call
COMPANY AUDIT
The Operator's Org Audit
$25,000
For the founder or COO running a 10-50 person org figuring out which roles to AI-augment vs eliminate.
- 4 weeks · 6 working sessions · 90-min each
- Role-by-role audit against the four-class taxonomy
- AI-augmentation map for each function
- Headcount restructure recommendation, written
- Quarterly check-ins for 12 months post-engagement
The output
Every audit produces a written deliverable. No deck. No PowerPoint. A working document the operator or org runs from, in PDF + Notion-import format:
- Current-state diagnostic. Where the operator (or each role in the org) currently sits on the four-class taxonomy, with specific evidence.
- Highest-leverage move. The single move with the biggest expected return in the next 90 days, with the work-back plan.
- Risk-adjusted 12-month trajectory. Median case, success case, worst case. Modeled honestly per the Household appendix's Scenario 3 methodology.
- Implementation roadmap. Week-by-week milestones for the first 90 days, owner-assigned and date-stamped.
The audit is not a coaching engagement. It is a written diagnostic + prescription. The work of implementation is yours.
Eligibility
Not every reader fits. The audit is for:
- Senior knowledge workers (10+ years) at an inflection point
- Founders or operators of 10-50 person orgs facing AI restructuring decisions
- Readers who have finished The Operator: 2026 and run the live /audit tool first
- Readers with budget and decision-authority to act on the deliverable
Not a fit: readers under hard runway constraints (see Appendix E), early-career operators (the cohort fits better), or readers expecting a coaching relationship.
