What you get

• Two live calls per week with the cohort + Roger. Mondays = the week's commitments. Fridays = ship review.
• Pre-assigned Peer pairings: two cohort-mates as your trial peers for the duration. Most cohort pairs continue post-program.

• One 30-minute 1:1 with Roger in week 4 to recalibrate against your audit.

• Brief subscription for the duration of the cohort + 6 months after.

What it is not: a content course. The chapters are free at /read. The cohort is the discipline — running the equation in front of 11 other operators every Monday and Friday for 8 weeks. That is the install layer the book alone cannot deliver.

Who it's for

• You scored Class 1 or Class 2 on the Audit and want to move to Class 3 by the end of the cohort.
• You scored Class 3 on the Audit but you're running the practice alone and the Solo Operator trap (Gen X pattern) is biting.
• You have 8-12 hours/week to allocate to the cohort for 8 consecutive weeks.
• You have ~$5K in free capital and want to invest $1,500 of it in compounding skill rather than another course.

Who it is NOT for

• Readers who haven't finished the book yet. Read first, run the audit, then apply.
• Operators already at Class 4 (Owner). The cohort builds toward Class 3 → 4. If you're past that, the Audit consult (Tier 4) fits better.
• Readers under hard constraints (chronic illness, sole-caregiver, no runway). See Appendix E (Floor) for the right path for those constraints.
